The hotel was fairly clean. Good and great location for our prebooked sightseeing plans. - the property is not far from local shops, restaurants, and the Conca d'Oro station. - Hostaria Menenio Agrippa, located a short stroll away, was a great place to eat.

Everything was fine, however we stayed for 6 nights only.

The beds were comfy. The room had coffee and a kettle. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bath. The guest house is situated in an enjoyable area. The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable. It is close to Piazza Sempione, prebooked sightseeing, and restaurants.

The buffet and Italian breakfast options were absolutely delightful, providing a delicious start to my day in Rome. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful terrace and garden at the guest house, allowing me to relax and enjoy the outdoors.- The location, only 4 km away from Sapienza University, made it convenient for me to explore and visit the campus during my stay.- I felt safe and secure during my stay as the property had excellent safety features, including fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, a first aid kit, and window guards.- The air-conditioned room with a flat-screen TV made me feel right at home, with all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay.- The microwave in the common area was a bonus, allowing me to heat up some snacks or enjoy a quick meal.- The terrace and garden offered stunning views, allowing me to take in the beauty of the surroundings.- I appreciated the check-in process, which required all guests, including children, to be present, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival.- The proximity of the nearest airport, just 25 km away, made my departure hassle-free.

Suburban location was confusing

The digital entertainment room was a hit with our kids - they loved playing video games and watching their favorite shows on the big screen. It was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring Rome.

For dads, it would be great to have a small playground or outdoor play area for the kids.

I recently stayed at Garden House in Rome for a weekend getaway. The spacious room and contactless check-in made for a smooth and hassle-free experience. The air conditioning was fantastic and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was quiet and peaceful, providing a pleasant atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the wide range of snacks available in both the room and the common area.

The room was nice and spotless, it had new towels and a private garden. Safety-wise, there were smoke detectors in place. 🌿 In the bathroom, you could find all you needed like hair dryers, comfy bathrobes, and even a shower cap.

I had a delightful stay at Garden House. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a lovely outside area. The check-in process was easy, and they provided a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back because it's perfect. Staff even helped me find a taxi. Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, flat-screen TV, kettle, VIP check-in/out. Can't wait for my next stay!
